1. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
- Program Description: We provide appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, customer support messages, and service-related notifications via SMS. By opting in, you consent to receive these messages. Opt-in is collected through web forms with a dedicated SMS consent checkbox.
- Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel SMS services at any time by texting “STOP” to the number that sent you messages. A confirmation SMS will be sent, after which you will no longer receive SMS communications. To rejoin, simply opt-in again.
